Hong Kong Express was actually a UK based artist making some seriously hypnotic, minimal, slightly ominous, groove heavy electronic music. It's like a rainy evening put into a sonic landscape that sucks you in. He still produces music but now as a collaboration with another UK based producer t e l e p a t h under the name of 2814, which I'll probably post as well.
